Juliana has been practising yoga since 2007 due to work stress as she heard that yoga can destress her from work. She fell in love with yoga and decided to complete the RYS-200hrs Yoga teacher training in 2019.
Her passion for yoga didn't stop. She went on to complete Advanced Yoga Teacher training and Nada Yoga training while continuing her journey as a Yoga Teacher.
She has experienced in teaching Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Gentle Yoga in both group and private classes.
