Eddy believes that yoga is for everyone as it brings balance to our physical, mental and emotional states. Through regular practice, it has the power to transform a person’s limitations by raising his/her self-awareness.

He has experience in teaching classes like Hatha, Yin Yoga and Wheel Yoga in both group and private settings. Eddy is passionate about imparting his knowledge and skill sets in yoga to his students by providing sequences that are tailored to their specific needs. A firm believer in constant self-improvement to provide the best experience for his students.
