Hi there, I am Doreen. Yoga teaches me how to breathe, open my heart, listen to my body, allowing myself to breathe through discomfort and embrace my imperfections. It also nourishes me, care and love myself as well as others with loving kindness and compassion. I made a conscious choice to keep on practicing in my life’s purpose.
