Hatha Yoga

A well-rounded practice that is derived from a deep understanding of our body structure. It uses yogic postures, or yogasanas to sustain our body's energy level which changes the way we think, feel and experience our lives. Suitable for people of all levels.

Hatha Intermediate

An advanced Hatha Yoga practice for individuals who are regular practitioners of Hatha Yoga.

Sun Salutation

A series of postures that warms, strengthens and aligns the whole body. A practice that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. You will feel more energetic during work. It also improves your skin elasticity. 

Shoulder Opening

A series of postures to promote the gentle opening of stiff shoulders to promote mobility. 

Basic Arm Balancing

Simple yoga moves to strengthen your arms, balance and body. 

Vinyasa Yoga / Flow

A dynamic class that requires one to move from one posture to another in a seamless fashion by using your breath to guide your movement. It improves your strength and endurance, builds a stronger cardiovascular system, detoxifies your body and promotes weight loss. Suitable for people with some form of yoga experience.

Yoga Flow

A series of posture which enable the body to flow naturally will be performed to enhance flexibility, alignment and strength. It connects the breath with your body during the flow and helps to calm a busy mind. Suitable for people with some form of yoga experience.

Power Flow Yoga

An invigorating, powerful, energetic form of yoga where participants move or “flow” from pose to pose while connecting their breath to movement.

Wheel Yoga

Deepen your practice – from balance, to building strength, and aiding in advanced poses.

Restorative Yoga 

A passive form of yoga, which allows students to relax and release the body into a gentle stretch. Props like bolsters, straps, blocks and blankets are used to facilitate relaxation. Suitable for beginners.

Gentle Yoga

Great for beginners and individuals who are looking for a less strenuous form of yoga practice. Suitable for individuals who are less flexible to do the advanced form of yoga postures. 

Yin Yoga

A slow paced style of yoga that incorporates the concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the asanas (postures) being held for a longer period of time. Suitable for individuals of all levels.

Core Yoga

An energetic form of yoga to stimulate your core muscles. It heals, detoxifies and arouses your body and mind. It mostly emphasis on abs, back, hips and pelvis. Suitable for individuals of all levels.

Dynamic Yoga

Inspired by the natural movement of the body, this class blends vigorous and tension releasing breathing and meditation with flowing movement to creating a feeling of lightness, ease and relaxation.


A combination of Yoga and Pilates movements that stretches and strengthens every major muscle group that helps to create a slender and toned body profile. Prior experience in Hatha Yoga is preferred.

Stretch and Tone

A system of asanas (postures) that stretches and tones your major muscle groups. Suitable for individuals of all levels.

Deep Stretch

An active form of yoga which targets the hips, hamstrings and upper back to improve mobility.

Back Bend

Stimulates the central nervous system and improves spinal health.

Yoga for Kapha

Based on the principles of Ayurveda, this practice will improve your Kapha life force. 

Yoga for Pitta

Based on the principles of Ayurveda, this practice will improve your Pitta life force.

Yoga for Vata

Based on the principles of Ayurveda, this practice will improve your Vata life force.

Myofascial Release

A healing technique to release tension in your myofascial tissues; to improve joint mobility and relieve muscular pain.

Mat Pilates

Performed on a mat. This class teaches balance and control of the body by employing movements that improve your strength and flexibility especially in the stomach and back muscles. Suitable for people of all levels.

Qi Gong

An ancient system of coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and meditation which has its roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Improves your overall health and vitality with regular practice.

Meditation Workshop

Master the art of meditation to create a greater awareness of yourself and your surroundings. Helps to calm the mind and brings balance to your body. 

Hypnotherapy Workshop
