Andy Yeo started his Chinese martial arts training when he was 14 years old. He began practicing Qi Gong, Nan Quan, followed by Taiji Quan. He then had the opportunity to pick up Taekwondo and self defence techniques from a renowned Spanish training centre. From 1997-1999, he was part of the Singapore TKD national team and represented the country in several competitions including the World Youth Festival in 1998, where he won a bronze medal for Singapore.
Skilled in all 3 forms of martial arts, Andy has since decided to combine them to create a new fusion art for self defence and good health. There is a strong focus on Qi Gong training (various Shaolin form: Ba Duan Jin, Yi Jin Jing and Wu Qin Xi) because it has benefitted him and many of his students around the world in the area of rejuvenating their health.
He strongly believes that martial art not only strengthens our body and soul, the principles of martial arts when applied to our working life or social life, can be a real game changer. #gamechanger
