We believe that every man and woman deserves the right to enjoy better personal well-being in the current stressful living environment through alternative healing.
We seek to lend a helping hand to the underprivileged by providing affordable rehab services through alternative healing methods and serve as a support group on their journey to recovery.
Our Teachers

BanHuei
BanHuei started her yoga practice in 2004. She took her Yoga Teachers Training course in 2014 and her thirst for yogic knowledge prompted her to take up the Certificate in Yoga Therapy in 2016. She quit her job in 2016 and took the plunge into the wellness industry.
Since then, she has helped many people manage their health issues through ayurvedic treatments and yoga therapy.

Jesq
Jesq started her yoga with private lessons from a Master from India. After learning from her, she realised that yoga is not about whether you can do the poses, but rather your attitude, alignment, awareness and state of mind during the practise.

Eddy
Eddy believes yoga is for everyone as it brings balance to our physical, mental and emotional states. Through regular practice, it has the power to transform a person’s limitations by raising his/her self-awareness.

Juliana
A yoga practitioner since 2007. Juliana's love for yoga inspired her to begin her journey as a yoga teacher in 2019. She has experience in teaching Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Gentle Yoga in both group and private classes.

Mandd
Mandd developed an interest for hypnosis in his early years and learnt about it but did not put it to any use. A strong desire to help his father with his alcohol addiction and people who are coping with anxiety issues during the pandemic rekindled his interest to pursue in-depth study in hypnosis and hypnotherapy. Since then, he has been using hypnosis and hypnotherapy to help people who are facing weight, anxiety, stress, panic attack and addiction issues.

Winnie
A full time Executive in F&B ; a trainer in Yoga field. She holds a 200 hours Yoga Teacher’s Training Certificate from Singapore/India.
Winnie developed her knowledge of yoga over 3 years of yoga practice. She is now passionate about sharing the skill and knowledge for proper breathing and stress relief to people enjoy better well-being.

Doreen
Doreen believes that yoga teaches her how to breathe, open her heart, listen to her body, allowing herself to breathe through discomfort and embrace her imperfections. It also nourishes her, care and love herself as well as others with loving kindness and compassion. She made a conscious choice to keep on practicing in her life’s purpose.

Mika
Mika started her yoga journey in 2008 in Japan while searching for an effective exercise to work with a high-stress office working environment. She thoroughly enjoyed it and found it her life-long mission to translate the knowledge of yoga to others. That inspired her to be certified as yoga instructor at LAVA in 2009.

Andy
Andy Yeo started his training in Chinese martial arts when he was 14 years old. He began practicing Qi Gong, Nan Quan, followed by Taiji Quan. He then had the opportunity to pick up Taekwondo and self defence techniques from a renowned Spanish training centre. From 1997-1999, he was part of the Singapore TKD national team and represented the country in several competitions including the World Youth Festival in 1998, where he won a bronze medal for Singapore.

May
May has been a yoga practitioner for more than 20 years. In her initial years, she tried hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga, hot yoga and other classes. However, when she was introduced to Iyengar yoga more than 15 years ago, she fell deeply in love with this form of yoga. Every year, she will travel to India, France, Asian countries to participate in conventions / retreats / workshops to learn from Senior Teachers.
